LEVEL 3 POLE FITNESS

Course starts: Thursday 6th January 7:00pm

Our Level 3 course is ideal for those who have attended our Level 1 and 2 courses or have had a few private lessons with us.
 

As part of this Level 3 course, you will learn more flowing transitions around the pole, continue combining spins, strength holds and will now be working towards inverting on the pole.

Pole Fitness is an amazing alternative to conventional exercise classes. Pole Fitness is a great way to build strength, increase fitness and tone your entire body... whilst having fun!! Our classes incorporate elements of gymnastics, strength training and dance.

Please note: These classes are NOT suitable for new beginners, without pole experience, regardless of fitness level.

INTERMEDIATE POLE FITNESS

Course starts: Monday 10th January 6:00pm

This class is suitable for members who are able to invert upside down on the pole and are gaining more confidence in arm only tricks such as extended butterfly. Members in this class are confident climbing and executing tricks such as hangback. Members will be working towards tricks such as jade split, shoulder mount and more advanced combinations of tricks.

Please note: These classes are NOT suitable for new beginners, without pole experience, regardless of fitness level.

LEVEL 3 CHILDREN'S AERIAL HOOP

Course starts: Tuesday 11th January 5:00pm

Join us for our Children's Aerial hoop classes. This class is designed to introduce children to the exciting world of Aerial Hoop. They will learn how to move around the hoop and perform a range of exciting movements including balances, hangs and acrobatic rolls.

 

This course is for children aged 7-15 years. The pre-requisite to join this course is completion of our Level 1 and Level 2 courses. We can only accept admissions into this group if they have completed the both prior courses or have had private lessons with us. If your child has no prior experience, please contact us to arrange private tuition before signing into this course.

LEVEL 2 AERIAL HOOP

Course starts: Tuesday 18th January 7:15pm

If you have just completed our Introduction to Aerial Hoop course, we now invite you to join us for Level 2.


You are now ready to start exploring new combinations of moves, strength holds, spins and inverts.

This course is the perfect opportunity to increase your upper body strength, improve your fitness and meet some new friends along the way. Our friendly classes are small and intimate, with a maximum of 8 participants for this class.

Please note: These classes are NOT suitable for new beginners, without aerial hoop experience, regardless of fitness level. You must have completed the previous level or have had similar training with us to join.

Course starts: Tuesday 25th January 8:30pm

INTRODUCTION TO AERIAL HOOP

This 5-week introduction course will teach you the fundamentals of Aerial Hoop. This course is designed for ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS!

There is no experience needed and no minimum fitness level required to attend! Our classes are small, friendly and welcoming. You will learn a variety of dynamic tricks and transitions using the circus inspired hoop apparatus.

This course is the perfect opportunity to increase your upper body strength, improve your fitness and meet some new friends along the way. Our friendly classes are small and intimate, with a maximum of 8 participants for this class.

INTRODUCTION TO POLE FITNESS

Course starts: Saturday 29th January 10:45am

This 5 week introduction course will teach you the fundamentals of Pole Fitness. This course is designed for ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS!

There is no experience needed and no minimum fitness level required to attend! Our classes are small, friendly and welcoming.

As part of this fun course you will learn some flowing transitions around the pole, spins, strength holds and towards the end of the course we explore climbing the pole! This energetic class is a full body workout!

Pole Fitness is an amazing alternative to conventional exercise classes. Pole Fitness is a great way to build strength, increase fitness and tone your entire body... whilst having fun!! Our classes incorporate elements of gymnastics, strength training and dance.

STRETCH & FLEXIBILITY

Course starts: Sunday 30th January 10:30am

Let's get back on track with our flexibility goals and get stretching again! Join us for our 5-week Stretch & Flexibility course, for all levels.

These 60 minute sessions will teach you how to safely stretch to improve your mobility, range of motion and flexibility. Using a variety of different stretching techniques and equipment - we can help you work towards your flexibility goals. We will also cover strengthening exercises to compliment your stretch training.

There is absolutely no minimum flexibility requirement or fitness level to be able to join this class. You take things at your own pace, in your own time.

Every Monday 7:15pm

This class is suitable for members who are very comfortable inverting upside down on the pole and are working towards tricks such as shoulder mount and ayesha. Members in this class are very confident in climbing and executing inverted tricks such as leg hangs, extended butterfly and brass monkey.

Please note: These classes are NOT suitable for new beginners, without pole experience, regardless of fitness level.
