Our training space
We believe that exercise should be fun and something you look forward to and we have designed all our classes with this in mind! We want you to be counting down the minutes until your next class because you are looking forward to it, not because you are dreading it!
We pride ourselves in offering a personal fitness experience to our members, by limiting our participant numbers to just 8 per class. This means more one-to-one time with your instructor and a much better learning experience.
When you walk into the studio, you don’t have to worry about being judged or insecure. Everyone is so lovely and happy to chat. There’s no better way to end the day than to hang upside down.

Equipment
We have a wide range of premium professional equipment throughout the studio. All equipment is fully safety checked on regular basis, load weight tested and of the highest possible specification.
We have four X Pole 3.5m professional dual lined competition poles, which are installed and reinforced into the ceiling. All our poles are 40mm and 45mm width, as per the preference of our members. We don’t have any old fashioned 50mm poles! All our poles can be used as both static or spinning, at the switch of a button, literally!
Our studio is fitted with a custom PoleAway system, which means when the poles are not in use, they can be stored on the ceiling and the full studio floor space can be utilised.
We boast an impressive selection of X Pole Aerial Hoops, in a variety of sizes. We have seven hoops in different sizes, to ensure we have a suitable diameter for every participant. These sizes range from child to adult. Our hoops are rigged and mounted to the ceiling, using certified rigging equipment from Firetoys.
We offer six Aerial Silks in a gorgeous selection of colours and different lengths, to allow various rigging set ups. These are professionally cleaned and inspected regularly, to ensure they are perfect all year round.
Safety is absolutely paramount to us at Elements Studio, so we have professional grade crash mats, for all disciplines. These mats are 8"-10" thick and extra large diameter, so you can safely train at all times.
We have lots of other training equipment such as yoga mats, blocks, stretch bands and pads, all available for our members to use.
Studio
Elements Studio was founded in 2013 is a custom built dance aerial arts studio, located in Ashford, Kent. We have a prime location in Repton Avenue, right by Waitrose. There are free parking bays located directly outside the studio.
Our beautiful bespoke studio is professionally decorated throughout and showcases 10-metres of gorgeous safety backed mirrors. This compliments of stunning multicoloured LED system, which looks especially incredible during evening hours!
The studio features full central heating system and professional grade installed air conditioning. So whatever the weather, you can always train in comfort at Elements Studio.
We have kitchen and bathroom facilities and lockers to store belongings, which are free of charge for our members to use.
