We believe that exercise should be fun, motivating and something you genuinely look forward to! That’s why we’ve designed all our classes with enjoyment and empowerment in mind. We want you to be counting down the minutes until your next session, not because you’re dreading it but because you can’t wait to do it all over again!
At our studio, we pride ourselves on offering a personalised fitness experience. By limiting class sizes to a maximum of just eight participants, we can ensure every member receives plenty of individual attention and one-to-one support from the instructor. We want your experience with us to feel special.
Equipment
At Elements Studio, we pride ourselves on having a wide range of premium professional equipment throughout the studio. All of our equipment is regularly safety-checked, load weight tested and maintained to the very highest specifications.
We have four X-Pole 3.5m professional dual-lined competition poles, securely installed and reinforced into the ceiling. Our poles come in 40mm and 45mm widths, based on our members’ preferences. We don’t use any old-fashioned 50mm poles! Each pole can be switched between static and spinning at the push of a button, making them perfect for every style of training.
The studio is also fitted with professional and customised to us system, which allows poles to be safely stored on the ceiling when not in use, giving the full studio floor space for other activities.
For aerial hoop enthusiasts, we have a selection of 9 aerial hoops in a variety of sizes, suitable for participants from children to adults. All hoops are professionally rigged and mounted to the ceiling using certified professional grade rigging equipment.
We also provide six aerial silks in a beautiful selection of colours and lengths, allowing for versatile rigging setups. All silks are professionally cleaned and inspected regularly, so they remain in perfect condition year-round.
Safety is our top priority at Elements Studio. That’s why we have professional-grade crash mats for all disciplines. Our mats are 8"-10" thick and extra-large, so you can to a high level, safely and confidently.
We also offer additional training equipment such as yoga mats, blocks, stretch bands, and pads, all available for our members to use.
Studio
Elements Studio was founded in 2013 and is a custom-built dance and aerial arts studio located in Ashford, Kent. We’re proud to have a prime location on Repton Avenue, right next to Waitrose, with free parking bays conveniently situated directly outside the studio.
Our beautiful bespoke studio is professionally designed and features 10 metres of stunning safety-backed mirrors and an incredible multicoloured LED lighting system, which looks especially amazing during evening classes! Our built-in professional sound system keeps the studio buzzing with energy, music and good vibes every time you walk in!
With full central heating, you’ll always feel comfortable and ready to train, even on the chilliest days!
We also provide kitchen and bathroom facilities, along with lockers for storing your belongings, all free of charge for our members.
