Our classes

If you are looking for an exercise class which offers something a ‘little bit different’, then Elements Studio could be the perfect place for you! We offer an exciting range of unique classes, including Pole Fitness, Aerial Hoop, Aerial Silks and Flexibility.

 

Long gone are the days that you turn up to a huge gym class with loads of people and get lost in the crowd. We pride ourselves in offering fun and personal classes. All our classes have an 8-participant max, so we can offer you a really special and personalised experience; we want to get to know you!

 

Group classes are a great way to meet new people and make friends with similar interests. There really is no stereotype at Elements, we are fully inclusive and want our studio to feel like a safe space for everyone. So whatever your age, size, ethnicity, beliefs, preferences, etc – you have a place with us!

Pole Fitness

Pole Fitness is one of our most popular skills to learn at Elements. This fun to learn skill incorporates elements from gymnastics, strength training and dance. Using a chrome bar, you will learn many transitions, spins, climbs and inverts on and around the pole.

Aerial Hoop

Aerial Hoop is a beautiful circus and acrobatics inspired full body workout. This creative discipline is a great way to build strength and stamina, whilst also improving your core and strength. You will learn how to create an array of beautiful shapes and dynamic transitions using the hoop apparatus.

Aerial Silks

Aerial Silks is one of our most challenging but rewarding skills to learn. This full body workout is great for building upper body strength, stamina and strength. You will learn many technical elements on this apparatus, to be able to create beautiful shapes entwining yourself in the silks.

Flexibility

Our Flexibility classes are ideal for anybody who is looking to start stretching on a regular basis. These classes are ideal for anybody working towards specific goals such as learning the splits or can be for overall health benefits and well-being.

I started pole at Elements 7 years ago & it has been the absolute best decision I have ever made. I found somewhere that has been my escape & safe space.
