Classes at Elements Studio
At Elements Studio we love to be that little bit different. We don’t find conventional exercise very interesting - we like to spice things up a bit by offering alternative, fun exercise classes which will have you smiling from start to finish. There is no stereotype here at Elements – whether you are completely new to exercise or are a regular at the gym, we encourage everybody to start or continue their fitness journey with us. Don’t be nervous – our friendly instructors will make you feel right at home.
We want to give you a personal fitness experience at Elements and for this reason, most of our classes operate at an 8 person max. This way you get to spend more time with your instructor, progress quicker and get to know the other people in your class. This gives you value for money and peace of mind knowing your instructor is available to assist at all times.
We own our studio so we don’t encounter expensive costs to rent the space and we can therefore pass these savings on to you – which also means we can be far more accommodating with our timetable and availability for private tuition.
Our most popular class by far, Pole Fitness is a fabulous alternative to conventional exercise. A great way to get fit, lose weight / tone your entire body and build strength. This fun and energetic class will have you creating shapes and poses with your body that you never thought possible. Our Pole Fitness classes incorporate elements of gymnastics, strength and dance... No experience or minimum fitness level required.
Our Aerial Hoops are professionally rigged and suspended from the ceiling. In your classes we explore a variety of dynamic moves, poses and strength holds using the hoop as apparatus. Aerial Hoop is a fantastic addition to any workout plan and will help you build strength, increase stamina and improve flexibility.
Our gorgeous silks are suspended from our professionally rigged ceiling and connected to swivels so you can elegantly spin, swing, spiral, turn and twirl in all your moves! You will cover a variety of climbs, strength holds and poses which you often see circus artists perform!
Now is your chance to sample a new circus skill - join us for trapeze. You will learn how to move around the trapeze bar and ropes and how to perform a range of exciting movements including balances, hangs drops and combos. The trapeze is static so will not swing or spin.
Stretch & Flex
Our Stretch and Flex class is your opportunity to unwind and relax. Focusing on warming of the muscles and relaxation of the body, this class is sure to leave you feeling good. This class is ideal for those who want to increase their flexibility through dynamic and static stretches.

All our personal training sessions are adapted to the individual and we ensure to offer variety on each lesson. Personal training is on a one:to:one basis or in small private groups.
Body BLAST! is designed to offer maximum results in a short period of time. An intense workout designed to improve fitness, promote weight loss and increase muscle endurance & strength. If you want a hard workout - this class is for YOU! No minimum fitness level required - we cater for all levels!
