Combining gymnastics, dance and strength training, every class will have you lifting, spinning, and flowing through the air as you discover just how incredible your body truly is.


How to get started
There are only three steps to join us at Elements Studio:

Choose the course you’d love to join and click the “register here” button next to it. This will take you through to our booking system, GoTeamUp.

If you’re brand new to Elements, click “Log in / Register” in the top-right corner and create your account. It only takes a moment, and then you’ll be ready to book your space.

If you’ve joined us before and already have an account, just log in using the same button.
Once you’re logged in, click “Register for group sessions” and follow the steps on screen. You’ll be able to confirm your place on the course from there.
That’s it, you’re all signed up!

We know trying something new can feel a little scary, especially in a group setting, but you’ll be in a small, friendly class with other beginners who are starting from the same place as you.

Come as you are, bring a bottle of water, and we’ll take care of the rest. We can’t wait to welcome you into the studio! โจ

Frequently asked questions
You don’t have to wear shorts – but it really does help. The more skin you have exposed, the more you can grip onto the pole. You can start with longer shorts at first but eventually you’ll have to consider shorter ones to be able to execute more advanced tricks. But, don’t worry about that for now, that’s something to think about further down the line.
No, please don’t worry, there absolutely is no weight limit. Our poles are professionally installed and reinforced into the ceiling. They are extremely secure and are studio designed poles, not the portable home ones.
There is absolutely no need to do this. Please don’t let this hold you back from coming to class. If losing weight is something you want to do, our classes are a fantastic way to burn calories and improve your fitness – so use it as a reason to start, not something which stops you.
We totally understand you may feel nervous about starting a class and want to check it out first but everyone is in the ‘same boat and often feeling exactly the same. Our classes are super friendly, small and personal - we only allow up to 8-participants at a time. So, please be brave and just come join in! If you feel too anxious to join a group class, book in a private lesson to come try it out first.
